Counselling is an opportunity to discuss issues that are causing concern in a supportive, respectful and confidential environment.
You may attend as an individual, couple or as a family and counselling for children and young people is also available.
We also help identify ways to communicate more effectively and deal with conflict proactively as we believe this is paramount to achieving a positive and harmonious lifestyle.
We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to ensure you are gaining the results you would like and to support you to move from an undesirable state to one of more calm, happiness and vision.
